Perfectly located for exploring the city - just steps away from a major attraction. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The double room was beautifully appointed with a fantastic power shower and a small balcony. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine and glasses in our room upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.
The hotel could improve on a few things. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly and despite bringing it to the attention of the reception, the issue was not resolved.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was conveniently located near all the main attractions and had easy access to the subway. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with a modern and clean design. The hotel had a unique and cheerful atmosphere, with different artworks that added a nice touch. it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit the city in the future.
One major downside was the lack of towel bars in the bathroom. There was only one tiny hook, making it inconvenient to reuse towels, especially for three people sharing the room.
